Yes, any of the Daily Tours can be reserved as a private tour for an increased fee, as long as we have a tour guide available for the time you are looking for. Also, for an increased fee, most of the Group Outings can still be taken if you have less than the minimum required.
Yes, for the Discover Providence and Taste of Rhode Island tours the minimum number of total participants required is 4 people. For the Newport: Rhode Island’s Spectacular City by the Sea, Rhode Island in a Day, and Autumn in New England tours, the minimum number of total participants required is 5 people. If less than the minimum number of total participants required have booked a particular tour, the folks who have booked that tour will be given the opportunity to still take the tour by purchasing the minimum number of tickets required for that tour, or to switch to another time that tour is offered, or to switch to a different tour, or to receive a full refund.
Yes, all of our buses are equipped with handrails to assist in climbing the two steps into the bus. In addition, all of our buses are equipped with a storage area where we can put mobility aids. Our buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts, however.
